Do ex-wives get military benefits?

Military spouse divorcees quality for benefits after a military divorce under a policy that is commonly known as the 20/20/20 rule. Under this rule, an ex-military spouse can keep some military benefits if they have been married for at least 20 years, their spouse served at least 20 years, and the marriage overlapped the service by at least 20 years. This includes non-monetary benefits including Tricare benefits, MWR, and commissary and exchange privileges after a divorce.
