Yes. In the State of California, you can stop a divorce once it has been filed. However, in order to do so, you will need to file a Request for Dismissal before your spouse responds to the original filing and prior to any judgment being entered. If your spouse has responded to the filing already, they will need to sign the Request for Dismissal as well.
