Educational background

Then he was proud to be admitted to the California State Bar in 2006, where he has always been an Active Member in Good Standing. Not only is he licensed to practice law in the state of California court system, but he may also practice in the federal court system as well.

Professional background

He used to work as a Senior Law Clerk with the Orange County Department of Child Support Services, which is a government organization that does important work to protect and support children throughout Orange County. The focus of his work there was on cases related to child support, such as establishment and disestablishment of paternity, requests for genetic testing, establishment and modification of child support, and enforcement of support orders. This work was fantastic preparation for his current position at Kendall Gkikas & Mitchell, where he continues to actively support the welfare of Southern Californian children.

A local you can trust

Brian Mitchell has only practiced law in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles counties throughout his career, and most frequently appears in the cities of Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Victorville courthouses. He considers it a great privilege to serve families in this area of the country alongside his well-respected colleagues, Kristina Kendall-Gkikas and Thomas Kendall.

Children are still #1

The main driving force behind Kendall Gkikas & Mitchell hasn’t changed in the slightest—each one of the three lawyers are committed to looking out for and actively ensuring the welfare of children in our community. That happens when we mediate between two people who are working out divorce terms, it happens during domestic abuse cases when restraining orders are quickly implemented, it happens during grandparent rights cases, and so much more. While working on every single case, all of our lawyers are always keeping in mind the child or children’s best interests at all times.

That’s the difference between Kendall Gkikas & Mitchell and other firms—we put the children first, in their rightful place in our society. Children are the next generation, so let’s make a real effort take care of them, especially when we’re going through tough times.
